FAQ
FAQ - Search Engine Optimization
A.I. and S.E.O.
Why has A.I. changed S.E.O. forever?
A.I. has changed S.E.O. forever, because it’s made search engines and content way smarter. Here’s what’s going on:
1. Search Engines Are Way Smarter Now
Search engines like Google now use A.I. to actually understand what people mean when they search—not just what words they use. So instead of just matching keywords, Google now looks at the context of a question.
What this means: You can’t trick search engines anymore with keyword-stuffed pages. You need helpful, real content that actually answers people’s questions. All websites need to be optimized for the new S.E.O. = AI-SEO!
2. A.I. Makes Creating Content Super Fast
With tools like ChatGPT, anyone can create blog posts, product descriptions, or even full web pages quickly. You just type in what you want, and it helps you write it.
What this means: There’s a lot more content out there now—so your content has to stand out and actually provide value, not just fill space.
3. The Way People Search Is Changing
People are now talking to their phones and using voice search, or getting instant answers right on the search results page without even clicking a link.
What this means: Being “#1 on Google” isn’t the only goal anymore. You want to show up in those quick answers, summaries, and other featured spots too.
4. SEO Isn’t Just About Keywords Anymore
Thanks to A.I., good SEO is now about being a real expert in your field, building trust, and creating content that actually helps people.
What this means: You can’t just “check the SEO box.” It’s part of a bigger strategy that involves knowing your audience, creating helpful content, and keeping things updated. This is the new S.E.O. This is AI-SEO!
Bottom line: A.I. has totally changed the rules of the SEO game. But the good news? If you focus on being helpful, trustworthy, and consistent—you’re already on the right track.

Timeline for S.E.O.
How long does it take to rank in Google Search results?
It depends—but usually, anywhere from 3 to 6 months is a realistic timeframe to start seeing results. Sometimes it can happen faster, and sometimes it takes longer depending on a few key factors:
Things that can speed it up:
Your site is brand new, but in a niche with low competition
You’re consistently publishing quality, helpful content
You’re targeting specific, long-tail keywords (not super competitive ones)
You’ve got solid on-page SEO (good titles, fast site speed, mobile-friendly, etc.)
Things that slow it down:
You’re in a competitive industry (like real estate, law, or fitness)
Your site is new with no backlinks or history
Your content is thin, outdated, or not very useful
You’re targeting super broad keywords (like “best shoes”)
Bonus tip:
Google doesn’t just rank based on keywords anymore—it looks at things like expertise, trustworthiness, and user experience. So even if it takes time, building a strong, helpful website is the best long-term strategy.
If we’re working on your SEO, we’ll keep you updated on progress and help you prioritize the pages or topics that are most likely to bring in traffic first. SEO is a marathon, not a sprint—but the payoff is worth it.
Selecting Keywords and Phrases
What keywords or phrases should I use?
Think of keywords as the exact words or questions your ideal customers are typing into Google when they need something you offer. Picking the right ones involves a mix of strategy, research, and common sense. Here’s how we do it:
1. Start With Your Audience
Ask yourself:
What would you type if you were looking for your product or service?
What problems are your customers trying to solve?
What kind of questions do they ask you all the time?
These become great starting points for keywords.
2. Look for Long-Tail Keywords
These are longer, more specific phrases like:
Instead of “shoes,” try “comfortable running shoes for flat feet”
Instead of “photographer,” try “wedding photographer in Chicago under $2,000”
Long-tail keywords are easier to rank for, and often bring in more qualified traffic.
3. Check Search Volume + Competition
We use SEO tools (like SEMrush, and Google’s Keyword Planner) to find out:
How many people are searching for a keyword each month
How hard it is to rank for that keyword
The sweet spot is a keyword with decent search volume but lower competition—especially if your site is new.
4. Think About Buyer Intent
Some keywords are just people looking for info (“how to fix a leaking faucet”), while others show they’re ready to buy (“emergency plumber near me”). A good SEO strategy includes a mix of both.
5. Check out the Competition
We look at what your competitors are ranking for—and where there are gaps we can take advantage of. Sometimes, we can target keywords they’re ignoring.
6. Make Sure the Keyword Matches the Page
Each page on your site should target one main keyword or phrase, and the content on that page should fully answer the search intent behind it.
Need help finding the right keywords? That’s a big part of what we do in every SEO campaign—we handle the research and give you a strategy that targets the right phrases, the right way.
A very important part of a S.E.O. campaign is to create a custom keyword list based on your brand or business, and your overall goals!
Ranking in Search Results
How high in the search results will I rank?
The honest answer is: it depends. No one (not even Google employees!) can guarantee a specific ranking like #1 or top 3, especially overnight. That said, here’s what we can tell you:
What Affects Your Ranking:
Competition
If you’re in a niche with a lot of strong competitors, it’ll take longer to climb. If you’re targeting more specific or less competitive keywords, you can often rank faster and higher.Keyword Strategy
Ranking for “best shoes” is tough. Ranking for “eco-friendly running shoes under $100” is much more doable. That’s why we target a mix of high-impact, realistic keywords in your SEO strategy.Content Quality
Google rewards content that’s genuinely helpful, well-written, and relevant to what people are searching for. The better your content, the higher your chances.Website Health
Speed, mobile-friendliness, site structure, and user experience all matter. A technically sound site has a much better chance at strong rankings.Backlinks & Authority
Google also looks at how trustworthy your site is—one big signal is how many reputable sites link to you.
So… Where Will You Rank?
Short term (1–3 months): You may start to see rankings for long-tail or low-competition keywords.
Mid term (3–6 months): Stronger rankings across more keywords, especially if content and backlinks are building.
Long term (6–12 months+): If your SEO is consistent, you could rank on the first page for your top keywords.
Bottom line: We can’t promise a specific position, but we can promise a strategy focused on steady, realistic growth that gets you in front of the right audience.
And we’ll track rankings regularly so you can see how things are moving—transparently, every step of the way.
FAQ - Website Design & Development
Timeline for Website Design & Development
How long does it take to build my website?
The timeline can vary depending on the complexity and size of your website. A basic website typically takes 4 to 6 weeks from planning to launch. Larger or more complex projects (such as e-commerce sites or custom web apps) may take 8 to 12 weeks or more. This includes the phases of planning, design, development, testing, revisions, and launch.
The Design Process
What is the process for designing my website?
We will design your website from start to finish, and the design process generally includes the following steps:
Discovery & Research – Understanding your business and/or brand, goals, audience, and competitors.
Wireframing – Creating a basic layout or blueprint of the website structure.
Design Mockups – Designing the visual elements like layout, colors, fonts, and imagery.
Feedback & Revisions – Reviewing and refining the design based on your feedback.
Final Design Approval – Once the design is approved by you, it moves to the development stage.
The Development / Building Process
Once my website is designed, how long will it take to build?
The development process involves:
Front-End Development – Coding the visual parts of the site – what your visitors see.
Back-End Development – Setting up server-side functions, databases, and CMS (e.g., WordPress).
Integration – Connecting plugins to add to your sites functionality, payment systems, or third-party tools as needed.
Testing – Ensuring everything works smoothly across smartphones, tablets, computers, and all web browsers.
Launch – Uploading the site to a live server and making it accessible online.
Domain Name Registration
Do I need to register my own domain? How do I do that?
Yes, you will need to provide your own domain name, but it’s super easy and inexpensive. You can register a domain name through domain registrars like Namecheap, Google Domains, or Bluehost. If you choose Hostinger as your hosting company (we recommend them) they will give you one domain for free. Here is our affiliate link for Hostinger (where we make a small commission);
To register a domain name, simply:
Search a domain registrar like the ones listed above, or Hostinger for an available domain name.
Select it and add it to your cart.
Complete the registration and payment process.
Once registered, we will connect it to your website hosting provider.
Website Hosting
Do I need to buy my own hosting plan for my website?
Web hosting can be purchased from providers such as Bluehost, SiteGround, HostGator, or WP Engine.
We use Hostinger website hosting service for our hosting, and we recommend them for all our clients. You’re welcome to contact them directly, or you can use our referral link where we make a small commission if you choose their services.
Here is the link; Hostinger Link
Choose a plan based on your website’s size and expected traffic. After purchasing:
Set up your hosting account or give us your login credentials, and we can do this for you.
We will then connect your domain name to your hosting server.
And finally, we will upload and install your website via the WordPress content management system.

Who maintains and updates my website after it is built?
Website maintenance includes:
Regular Content Updates – Keeping your content, images, and blog posts current.
Software & Plugin Updates – Ensuring your CMS, themes, and plugins are up to date.
Security Monitoring – Using security tools and backing up your site regularly.
Performance Optimization – Checking loading speeds, fixing broken links, and optimizing SEO.
Technical Support – Troubleshooting bugs or errors when they arise.
Ongoing maintenance helps keep your website secure, functional, and aligned with your business goals.
We are happy to maintain and update your website once it is built. There will be a charge for this service, but it is usually not very expensive.
If I want to make changes to my site, how do I do that?
A: Since we built your site using WordPress and Elementor (with Elementor A.I. tools), making changes is actually pretty easy.
Here’s a quick walkthrough:
Log In: Head to your website’s admin login (usually something like
yourdomain.com/wp-admin) and sign in.Edit with Elementor: Go to the page you want to update, then click “Edit with Elementor.” This will open up the drag-and-drop builder we used to create your site.
Use the A.I. Tools: When you’re editing text, you’ll see an A.I. icon—click it to get suggestions for rewriting content, generating headlines, or even coming up with new copy. It’s super helpful if you’re not sure what to say.
Make Changes Manually: Want to swap out an image, update a section, or move things around? You can do that easily in the Elementor editor—no coding needed.
Save Your Changes: Once you’re done, just hit “Update” to save everything. You can also preview it first to make sure it looks good.
And of course, if you ever get stuck or prefer us to handle the updates, just shoot us a message—we’re always happy to help.
FAQ - Reputation Management
Timeline for a Reputation Management Campaign
How long does a reputation management campaign take?
Reputation management isn’t a quick fix—it’s a process. The timeline depends on the situation, but most campaigns take 6 to 12 months, and sometimes longer for more serious cases. Here’s a general breakdown of what to expect:
Month 1: Audit & Strategy
We review your online presence – Google and other search engine results
Identify any negative content, fake reviews, or PR issues
Build a custom game plan: what needs to be fixed, what content to create, and where to focus our efforts
Months 2–4: Digital Asset Creation & Optimization
We start building and publishing high-quality digital assets like websites, blogs, and written content to help push down unwanted search results
Optimize your digital assets to rank higher for your name/brand/company
Begin outreach to other websites, blogs, and social media to syndicate the content that we produce out to the web, which garners us backlinks that will help boost your digital assets in search rankings
Months 4–6: Monitor, Improve, and Maintain
Track how search results and sites with negative content are changing
Adjust the strategy based on what’s working best
Keep publishing and syndicating positive content to build long-term trust and visibility
Ongoing (Optional): Maintenance & Protection
Once your reputation improves, we can continue monitoring and keeping things positive. This helps prevent future issues and keeps your brand strong online. Contact us to learn more about our ongoing reputation monitoring service.
Bottom line: Reputation management takes time, but with the right plan, we can absolutely improve how your name, brand, or business looks online—and help you control the narrative instead of reacting to it.
Burying Negative Content
Can you bury all the negative content that shows up on a search of my name or brand?
We generally can’t remove negative content (unless it violates a platform’s rules), but we can push it down in search results so fewer people ever see it. That’s what we mean by “burying” negative content.
Here’s how it works:
1. Build a Wall of Positive Content
We create and publish high-quality, SEO-optimized digital assets (websites, blogs, etc) that reflect the real story of your company, brand, or name—this will include:
Multiple websites (we usually design 4-6 sites depending on the severity of the situation)
Multiple blogs with positive content about you, your business, or brand
Written content that we syndicate out to the Web
The goal: Fill the first page of Google with content you control.
2. Strengthen and Promote Existing Positive Pages
Already have good press, a strong website, or positive reviews? We make sure those pages are fully optimized and promoted so they rank higher than the negative content.
This includes:
SEO tweaks (titles, keywords, backlinks)
Internal linking
Syndication of the content out to the Web
3. Target the Right Keywords
Sometimes negative content ranks because it’s tied to a specific search phrase (like your full name + “scam”). We create content targeting that same keyword, but in a positive, credible way—giving Google an alternative to rank.
4. Try Removal or Suppression (When Possible)
While it is unlikely, in some cases we can:
Request removal if the content violates platform guidelines (like fake reviews or defamation)
De-index content through legal means (for serious cases)
Flag content for review if it’s misleading or harmful
But removal isn’t usually possible—so suppression is the smarter and more realistic strategy.
How Long Does It Take?
Usually 6 to 12 months, depending on how strong the negative content is, and how much authority it has. In tougher cases, it can take longer—but progress is trackable throughout.
Bottom line: You can’t always erase the past, but you can take control of what shows up first—and that’s what really matters online.
Want us to take a look at your search results and put together a plan? Just let us know—we’re happy to help.
Type of Digital Assets Needed for a Campaign
Are you building websites, blogs, and other content for my campaign?
Here’s a list of the most important digital assets we typically create or optimize:
1. Your Existing Website (and/or Personal Site)
This is your home base. We want a professional, up-to-date website that ranks for your name, business, or brand and showcases your best content.
2. New Websites
We will create 4-6 new websites as part of your reputation management campaign. We will create them in such a way that they look different enough so Google will rank them as separate.
4. Blogs
We will create several new blogs for your campaign that will help to improve your online reputation.
4. Content Assets
We create or help you create content that highlights your expertise, story, and trustworthiness.
Blog posts
Articles (published on your site or third-party platforms)
Press releases
Guest posts or interviews
- We will syndicate these types of content out to the Web
Bonus: Visual & Branding Assets
To keep everything consistent and professional across the web, we often refresh or create:
Business or brand photography
Logo and brand colors
Bio and other content on your existing site
Bottom line: The more digital assets you have—especially ones that are active, optimized, and high-quality—the more control you have over how your name, business, or brand appears online.
If you don’t have many of these yet, no worries—we’ll build them from scratch and use them to greatly improve your online reputation.
Ongoing Reputation Management
What happens after my campaign is finished?
Once the main campaign is complete, we can continue actively monitoring your online presence to make sure your reputation stays strong—and that nothing negative starts creeping back up. Here’s how we do it:
1. Automated Alerts (So Nothing Slips Through the Cracks)
We set up Google Alerts and other monitoring tools to track mentions of:
Your name, business, or brand
Key team members
Branded keywords or common variations, so if anything new is published—positive or negative—we know right away
2. Search Engine Tracking
We monitor your Google search results regularly to:
Watch for any changes in rankings
Keep an eye on previously buried content
Make sure your top results stay positive and relevant
If anything starts shifting, we can act quickly before it becomes a bigger issue.
3. Review Monitoring
We keep an eye on major review sites (like Google, Yelp, Trustpilot, etc.) so we can:
Spot any new negative reviews
Help you respond professionally (or flag fake ones)
Continue encouraging happy customers to leave feedback
4. Content & Profile Health Checks
We check your key digital assets—like your websites, blogs, and other content —to make sure everything is up to date and still performing well in search.
5. Ongoing Maintenance Plan (Optional)
If you choose, we can stay on long-term in a maintenance role, which includes:
Regular monitoring and reporting
Publishing fresh positive content (to keep results strong)
Quick action if anything negative pops up again
- Contact us to learn about our ongoing reputation monitoring service
Bottom line: Reputation management doesn’t end when the campaign is “done.” It’s about staying one step ahead—and with the right tools in place, we can make sure your online image stays clean, credible, and in your control.
Let us know if you’d like a custom post-campaign monitoring plan—we’re happy to tailor it to your needs and budget.
Reputation Monitoring
Do I need to monitor my reputation or can you do it?
You don’t have to monitor it yourself—we can absolutely handle it for you. In fact, many of our clients prefer to have us keep an eye on things so they can stay focused on running their business.
Here’s how it works:
If You Want Us to Monitor It:
We’ll take care of:
Watching your Google search results regularly
Monitoring reviews across major platforms (like Google, Yelp, Trustpilot, etc.)
Tracking mentions of your brand, name, or products online
Sending real-time reports if anything important comes up
Responding or flagging anything that requires action (with your approval)
It’s basically “set it and forget it”—you’ll always know what’s going on without having to constantly check yourself.
If You’d Prefer to Monitor It Yourself:
You’ll need to setup:
Google Alerts for real-time notifications
A checklist of sites to check regularly
Protocol on how to respond to reviews or handle issues professionally
It’s totally doable if you’re tech-savvy and want to stay involved—but we’re always here if you need backup.
Bottom line: You can do it yourself, but we’re happy to take it off your plate. Most clients find that professional monitoring gives them peace of mind and faster response times when something needs attention.
